We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and
Discover. A 3% handling charge
is added to final total of all orders. For events
occurring within the State of Wisconsin, we are required
to add 5.5% sales tax to final total of your order.
Orders are shipped via Federal Express
with the shipping cost added to your order. A signature
is required on all deliveries. Where your order is
for an event to occur within the next (7) days, select
NEXT DAY SHIPPING option, to assure timely arrival
of your order. We do not ship orders by mail, since
it is not reliable.
In some cases, there may be a delay
with the venue printing the actual tickets. For example,
NFL and college football teams will print tickets
in approximately early to mid-August, therefore tickets
will be shipped out after we receive printed tickets.
We typically deliver event tickets to you during the
week of an event or well before that. However, in
rare instances, we may deliver the tickets to you
on-site shortly before the commencement of the event.
Most tickets we sell are one of
a kind and usually irreplaceable. Once your order
is placed, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges,
or issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Event tickets are subject to ever
changing market conditions and to the laws of supply
and demand. Prices and availability may be constantly
changing. The price charged WILL exceed the face value
on the ticket. This price represents a service charge
to obtain quality seats or seats to sold out events.
However, once we confirm your order, it is 100% guaranteed.
Orders placed on this web site cannot
be confirmed if placed after 3PM CST Monday through
Friday or on weekends until the opening of our next
business day. While it is rare that we cannot fill
such orders, it does occur. Some of the event tickets
shown on our site are available to us through affiliates
and not all of them provide inventory information
on a fully “real time” basis. Thus, on
some orders we must confirm the availability still
exists before we confirm your order.
Where you are placing an order within
(48) hours of an event, please call us at (800) 745-7328
to confirm the order and arrange for any special delivery
steps that will be necessary.
If the exact event ticket location
you order is unavailable, we reserve the right to
replace it with similar quality seating locations
for the same event. If comparable seating is unavailable,
we will contact you with alternatives for you to select
from. Where you are offered lesser quality seating,
you will only be charged the appropriate lower price.
Where groupings greater than two are ordered, unless
we specifically agree otherwise, there is a chance
that the groupings will not be immediately seated
together. On orders placed for general seating categories
(as opposed to specific sections and rows), we cannot
guarantee exact rows, sections, or aisle seating.
However, we always do our best to accommodate your
desires and are usually successful.
In the unusual circumstance that
the event you ordered is postponed, the date or time
or venue changed, or an opening or preliminary act
or match is switched or eliminated, we cannot be responsible,
nor can we issue refunds or accept cancellations.
Where there is a rainout or strike, you may need to
exchange your ticket at the event site for a rescheduled
event, in accordance with the policies of the team
or promoter involved. However, if the event is canceled
completely, we will issue a credit for the full purchase,
less shipping and handling charges, which can be used
towards any future purchases.
Tickets MUST be sent to your credit
card billing address. We cannot deliver tickets to
P.O. Boxes; we must have a valid street address. Fed
Ex will require a signature upon delivery of package.
If your billing address is a P.O. Box, a representative
of our company will contact you regarding shipping
arrangements.
You are responsible to safe guard
your tickets, once received. They can rarely be replaced
if lost, stolen or destroyed. Please check your pockets
before putting your clothes in the washer. Some tickets
can fade or be rendered unreadable where exposed to
direct sunlight or extreme heat. Please don’t
leave your tickets on the dashboard of your car on
a hot sunny day.
Note that by placing your order
with us, you are agreeing to be subject to these terms
