By placing your order through this company, you agree to be subject to these terms and conditions.

ORDERS ARE REQUESTS UNTIL CONFIRMED
Orders for event tickets placed through this company are requests for tickets. Orders cannot be confirmed if placed after 3PM CST Monday through Friday or on weekends until our next business day.

After placing your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation email very quickly. This email simply confirms that we have received your request. It does not guarantee that your request can be filled.

While it is rare that we cannot fill such order requests, it does occur. They are not confirmed orders until we are able to determine that the tickets requested are still available. Some of the event tickets shown on our site are not in our possession and/or not owned by us. They are available to us through affiliates and other sources, not all of which provide inventory information on a fully “real time” basis and those tickets may be already sold.

Thus, on some orders we must confirm the availability still exists before we confirm your order. We will do so as quickly as we can. We will not run your credit card until we are certain that the tickets you have requested are still available.

NO CANCELLATIONS
Due to the special nature of the event tickets you are purchasing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or credits can be made.

SEATING LOCATIONS & SPECIAL REQUESTS
We make every effort to try and meet your seating requests, as to locations, rows, groupings and other special requests. However, we are not always able to do so. Seating for many events is quite scarce, so we may be unable to satisfy all of your requests. We may have to split up group seating requests. Occasionally, we may have to substitute a lesser seating category, with a corresponding credit for the difference in value.

GUARANTEE
All orders are guaranteed! Once you place your order and payment is received, you are guaranteed to receive your tickets, subject to the conditions set forth above. In rare cases where we are unable to fill your order, we will issue a 150% refund, as sole compensation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For credit card orders, we MUST ship your order to the credit card holder at the billing address only. Credit card rules prevent us from shipping orders to third parties or alternate addresses. If you are requesting that you pick up your order from our offices, for credit card payment orders, the cardholder must pick up the order and present the card used for payment. In many cases, your event tickets will be delivered during the week of the event. In some cases, they might be delivered earlier. In some cases, they will not be delivered until the day before the event.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
All orders requiring shipping shall be done so by Federal Express or other courier services and shall be assessed a courier shipping fee. As required under Wisconsin law, if the event you are ordering takes place within that state, we must assess Wisconsin sales tax. All credit card orders will be assessed a 3% handling fee.

ONLINE ORDERING
Orders placed through this company will not be confirmed if placed after 3PM CST Monday through Friday or on weekends until the opening of our next business day. Where you are placing an order within (48) hours of an event, please call us at (920) 438-1650 to confirm the order and arrange for any special delivery steps that will be necessary.

DOCUMENTS
Typically, confirmations are sent or emailed within one month after payment is made. Tour itineraries (where applicable) and other documents regarding your order shall be delivered with the event tickets.

HOTEL ROOM "ONLY" PURCHASES
Hotel Rooms are non-refundable and all sales are final.

CANCELLATION OF EVENTS OR CHANGES OF TIME OR VENUE
We cannot assume any responsibility for cancellation of an event for any reason. Where a complete cancellation of all event activities occurs (not just a shortening of the scheduled length of the event or game due to causes such as weather), you may choose either a credit/refund for the face price of the event tickets (not any premium charged over face, shipping or handling), or you may select full credit on account (less shipping and handling) to be used to purchase future events. Regarding sales for football games or other sporting events, where a significant player is unable to play or appear, a date or venue has changed, or any ancillary entertainment such as pre, halftime or post game activities, performers or ceremonies have changed or been cancelled, but the game itself is not cancelled, no refunds or cancellations of orders will be accepted nor refunds or credits made.

Event tickets are subject to ever changing market conditions and to the laws of supply and demand. Prices and availability may be constantly changing. The price charged WILL exceed the face value on the ticket. This price represents a service charge to obtain quality seats or seats to sold out events. However, once we confirm your order, it is 100% guaranteed.

LOST TICKETS
You are responsible to safeguard your tickets, once received. They cannot always be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Where we are able to replace game tickets, there will be a minimum fee equal to the face value, plus a one-time $25 fee. Some tickets can fade or be rendered unreadable when exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat.

CHANGES OF ADDRESS
We cannot assume ANY LIABILITY for packages shipped to the wrong address where the customer has failed to notify us in WRITING as to address changes.
